HEARTBREAKER - JESS MOSKALUKESpent the better part of four months developing the concept and curating the set designs; along side Set Decorator Jade Wolf. Collaborated with a team of 10 people to develop the final product seen here. Drove over 16 hours to Kelowna week of the shoot to get everything finalized. Finished a final edit in 5 days.

In complete contrast to the beautiful scenery of Jess’ Heartbreaker - Push The Pain was a plummet into the pits of Terror. With lead singer, Nathan Daschuk, we had the dream of creating an homage to our favorite film franchise “SAW”. We rented a few sets found within the Queen City and spent two and a half weeks building and testing traps, ensuring safety while still getting the gut wrenching horror we see here. A true favorite project to work on.

Take a deep dive into the partnership with the Don Mount community as we work together to build the first ever outdoor WNBA court in Canada. Three months span in Toronto navigating and showcasing the pulse of Women’s Baskteball in the city, leading to the designing, resurfacing and painting of the first ever WNBA court in Canada. The community swelled with graciousness and every folk we met along the way was nothing but excited.
Big thank you to Riley Sisco (Co-Director) and Justin Lee (Producer) for the creative wonder that we made exist in a foreign city.
YOU'RE NOT TRYING VERY HARD - MARISSA BURWELLROLE: CAMERA OP/EDITOR
A melancholic and resentful look at the feeling of someone not giving great effort despite you putting in your own. Director Emma New, leading the concept of a birthday party where the guests are inattentive to the solemn state of Marissa. Gowned in Victorian Era clothing, the guests arrive slowly as Marissa attempts to connect to the audience.
Single challenge in this one was filming the song at double speed in slow motion and then resetting in post to match Mar’s singing while the rest of the cast sings Happy Birthday. A Dreamlike state.
